The Work

Coordination

• Organize and coordinate the projects’ Fellows, Consortium Members and Contributors (inviting, scheduling, and managing expectations).

• Maintain and follow up on email conversations to ensure progress and clarity.

• Keep track of participant and partner contributions, ensuring timely submissions.

• Ensure that reviewers, jury members & team members are contributing

• Document key discussions by taking meeting notes and summarizing actionable insights in any event/community meets.

• Coordinate events such as Promptathons, Workshops, Roundtables, Speaker Sessions, and Panel Discussions.

• Facilitate events by providing support to leads, guiding participants, and handling logistics.

• Proof read reports and other outbound communications

• Review and edit  visual layouts for social media on Canva.

• Curate and organize event photos and videos for documentation and outreach.

Research & Content Writing

• Contribute to project design and development.

• Research and curate relevant organizations for the consortium/project.

• Create and post social media content for LinkedIn, Discord, and Instagram.

• Write reports for funders and partners, documenting participatory design mechanisms.

• Design event flow, curate content, set participant expectations, and create feedback mechanisms.

• Collect and synthesize event feedback, sharing insights with the team.

• Draft whitepapers capturing insights from events and participatory design processes.

• Explore ways to integrate our image sets into large AI models.
